Hire Process

  • Step 1: Sit back, relax and enjoy browsing through the beautiful designer garments we offer for hire.
  • Step 2: Select your favourite garment(s) to hire, and select the rental period relevant to your particular event.
  • Step 3: Your chosen garment(s) will be delivered direct to your door, to be enjoyed by your little love for 4 days.
  • Step 4: Place your garment(s) back in the original resealable box received, stick the provided prepaid postage sticker on the front, and simply deliver to your local post office or place the parcel in an express post postage box. All dry cleaning is taken care of by us.

We post Australia wide, including PO Boxes.

We are based in Adelaide, and are happy to arrange a time for you to view our garments if you are based in South Australia. Please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

We offer our garments to be hired for 4 days. We recommend choosing a delivery date 2 days prior to your event. Please refer to the Booking Period section of our Hire Agreement for further details.

We take care of all dry cleaning once the garment has been returned to us, and so please refrain from undertaking any cleaning yourself. Please refer to the Cleaning and Damage or Loss sections of our Hire Agreement for further details.

If for any reason you post back the hire garment(s) on a day after the “Return On” day specified, late fees may apply. We will often allow a grace period of 1-2 days for this, but only if it doesn’t affect a future booking for another customer. If it does affect this, late fees will almost certainly be enforced. For details on how any late fees are calculated, please refer to the Late Return section of our Hire Agreement.

Delivery & Returns

We charge a flat rate of $14 for Express Post delivery of all our garments. A prepaid Express Post return label is included in your original resealable delivery parcel. If your delivery address is within 30km of Adelaide, there is the option for same day delivery for $35. Please get in touch prior to making a booking if you would like to explore this same day delivery option.

  • Your garments will be delivered on the day you have requested delivery, or in some cases earlier than the request date. Please refer to the Delivery and Booking Period sections of our Hire Agreement for further details.
  • If you are based within 10km of Adelaide, we may be able to deliver your garment(s) direct to your door and within 24 hours. Please get in touch prior to making a booking if you would like to explore this option.

Given the high value of our garments, we highly recommend that all packages are signed for on receipt. We do not accept any responsibility for orders left unattended at unsecure delivery addresses.  If no one is present at the delivery address, it may be taken back to the delivery depot or Post Office for collection.  Your hire period starts when the first attempted delivery is recorded by Australia Post.  Please refer to the Delivery section of our Hire Agreement for further details.

Due to the uncertainty around Australia Post delivery times at the moment, we do our absolute best to ensure your garment(s) arrive to you ahead of schedule or on-time, and have procedures in place to assist in achieving this. In the unfortunate event that, for reasons out of our control, you do not receive your garment(s) by your selected delivery date, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible. Sizing

Our current range caters for ages 1-10 years, in both boys and girls clothing.

As sizing varies between the top designer brands that we offer, we have included specific sizing per the brand in the details section of each garment so that you can find the perfect fit for your little love. We have also provided a generic sizing guide to cover more body measurements, and the garments we stock should be consistent with this. Please ensure you review the relevant sizing prior to hire. Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately due to the current unpredictability of the postage network, we are unable to offer an exchange of any garments once received. As we would need to receive the original garment back prior to sending the replacement, the postage timelines currently prohibit this exchange to occur within the hire time frames we offer.

We try to provide as much information as we can regarding the fit of the garments available for hire on our website. Please refer to the Issues with Fit or Appearance section of our Hire Agreement for further details.

We understand that plans change, especially in the current environment we live in. Please get in touch with your order number to request cancellation of your hire. All cancellation requests need to be received and accepted at least 7 days before the first day of your planned hire. Please refer to the Customer Cancellations section of our Hire Agreement for further details.

Care of our garments

Please do not iron your garment as this may cause damage to the fabric and/or embellishments. Your garment is steamed prior to being packaged and sent to you, and we use top quality packaging to ensure it arrives to you in the same state. If you do encounter any slight creasing, please hang the garment up for the wrinkles to fall out, alternatively you may lightly steam on a low heat. Kids will be kids, and we understand that some wear and tear may occur during the enjoyment of our garments. Normal wear and tear includes minor soiling which is able to be removed by dry cleaning, and missing embellishments (beads, sequins, diamantes) will be assessed at our discretion upon return of the garment, and can usually be rectified by us. If your garment is returned with irreversible damage or permanent staining, we may need to recover costs to replace the garment. Please do not endeavour to rectify any damage or staining yourself prior to returning to us. We take care of all dry cleaning once the garment is returned. Where there is evidence of attempted rectification of damage, soiling or staining, you may be liable for the replacement value of the item.
