We charge a flat rate of $14 for Express Post delivery of all our garments across Australia. A prepaid Express Post return label is included in your original resealable delivery parcel. If your delivery address is within 30km of Adelaide, there is the option for same day delivery for $35. Please get in touch prior to making a booking if you would like to explore this same day delivery option.

Your garment(s) will be delivered on the day you have requested delivery (i.e. the first day of your hire period), or in some cases earlier than the requested date. Please refer to the Delivery and Booking Period sections of our Hire Agreement for further details.

Here are a couple of frequently asked questions in relation to the hire process. Please refer to our FAQs page for further questions and answers.

• How does the refundable bond process work?
  Given the high value of the garments we offer to hire, a bond is payable at the time you pay your hire fee. The bond value ranges from $50 to $100, depending on the garment. The bond is returned to you when the garment is returned to us in line with our Hire Agreement.

• What is the hire period?
  The hire period you have selected for your hire is ‘inclusive’. For example, a 4-day hire period can mean that your garment will arrive by Friday and you will post it back on Monday. In this example, both the Friday and the Monday are included in the 4-day period.
• Do I need to clean my garment prior to returning?
  We take care of all dry cleaning once the garment has been returned to us, and so please refrain from undertaking any cleaning yourself. Please refer to the Cleaning and Damage or Loss sections of our Hire Agreement for further details.
